摘要

探讨客机复合材料机身货舱门口框结构的设计技术,介绍复合材料的特点、优势和应用领域,以及机身货舱门口框结构的功能、要求和设计方法.从结构形式、材料选择、开口 R角及铺层设计对蒙皮加强影响等方面分析复合材料机身货舱门口框结构设计中的关键问题以及采取的相应措施和技术手段,给出一个复合材料机身货舱门口框结构在某型客机上的应用方案和效果评价,并与传统的金属结构进行比较分析.

Abstract

The design technology of composite material fuselage cargo compartment door frame structure for passenger aircraft is discussed.The characteristics,advantages and applications of composite materials,as well as the functions,requirements and design methods of fuselage cargo compartment door frame structure are introduced.The key issues and the corresponding measures and technical means in the design of composite material fuselage cargo compartment door frame structure is analyzed,such as structure and material selection,opening R angle and the influence of ply design on skin reinforcement,etc.An application scheme and effect evaluation of composite material fuselage cargo compartment door frame structure on a certain type of passenger aircraft are proposed,and the advantages and disadvantages with traditional metal structure is compared.
