Case Study on the Transformation and Upgrading of Traditional Manufacturing Enterprises with the Assistance of All-encompassing Interest-based E-commerce:Three Little Goats
"Three Little Goats"was taken as the research subject and an exploratory single-case study method was employed to explore the issues related to the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises with the assistance of all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce.The research reveals that"Three Little Goats",through all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce,enhances consumers'understanding of the brand philosophy and culture behind the products,instigating consumer recognition and trust.Simultaneously,collaboration with all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce accelerates the overall optimization and upgrading of various aspects,including product design and development,company organizational structure,production management,and supply chain responsiveness.Ultimately,"Three Little Goats"utilizes the all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce platform to achieve brand development.
