以诗慕作为研究对象,采用探索性单案例研究方法,探讨全域兴趣电商助力传统制造业企业转型升级问题.研究发现,在新冠肺炎疫情冲击、消费形式与行业品类发生改变的时代背景下,诗慕与全域兴趣电商合作,增强了品牌效能、拓宽了销售渠道、提升了经营绩效.在诗慕转型升级过程中,全域兴趣电商立足自身的平台、技术和生态优势,有效助力其增强营销能力、强化品牌能力、提高组织能力、提升精益管理能力,建立了较强的竞争优势.
Case Study on the Transformation and Upgrading of Traditional Manufacturing Enterprises with the Assistance ofAll-encompassing Interest-based E-commerce:ShiMu·AiLuolin
Based on the object of ShiMu,the method of case study was applied,and the impacts of all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce on upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises was discussed.Results show that ShiMu conducts cooperation with all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce under the impacts of epidemic of COVID-19 and in the context of the changes of consumption patterns and product categories,which lead to great developments of brand efficiency,sales channel and business performance.During the upgrading of ShiMu,all-encompassing interest-based E-commerce helps enhance the ability of market,promotion,organization and lean management by taking the advantage of platform,technology and ecosystem.
