Analysis of Spatiotemporal Evolution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Traditional Chinese Villages
Mathematical statistics and GIS spatial analysis were used to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution and influencing factors of 8 155 traditional Chinese villages, and the results show that the distribution types of the first six batches and the total six batches of traditional Chinese villages are all cohesive distribution. In terms of the degree of distribution balance, there is an unbalanced distribution trend. In terms of quantitative structure, there are obvious characteristics that there are more in the south than in the north, and the number of provinces and municipalities is significantly different. In terms of spatial agglomeration evolution, the first batch basically laid the overall pattern of spatial distribution of the subsequent batches, and the current total of six batches formed the overall characteristics of the coexistence of three high-value areas and four local high-value areas, and the sporadic distribution of secondary core areas. The distribution pattern of traditional villages in China is the result of the joint action of natural geographical factors such as topography, climate, river system, agricultural development conditions, and human geographical factors such as economy, population, transportation, and urbanization.
