The Impact of Innovative Human Capital on the Development of My Country's Green Economy under the Background of"Carbon Dioxide Peaking and Carbon Neutrality"
High-quality economic development and ecological civilization construction are inseparable from the strong support of economic green transformation.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(due to the lack of data,the statistical data mentioned here do not include the Tibet Autonomous Region,the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province)from 2011 to 2021,a PVAR model was established to explore the impact of innovative human capital on the development of my country's green economy.The results are as follows.There are significant differences in the development of green economy in various regions across the country.Technological changes are the main reason for the growth of my country's green economic efficiency.Innovative human capital will promote the improvement of green economic efficiency.The contribution rate of green economic efficiency to itself is greater than that of innovative human capital,which only plays an auxiliary role.
