The Influence of Intergenerational Support on the Elderly's Consumption Behavior of Health and Wellness Tourism
Drawing on the theories of family intergenerational support and positive psychology,the specific mechanism of the impact of family intergenerational support on the elderly's health and wellness tourism consumption behavior was explored by constructing a moderated mediation model,and introducing psychological capital as mediating variables.Through a questionnaire survey,183 data on the tourism consumption behavior of the elderly in Xiangxi Prefecture,Hunan Province were collected.The empirical analysis results are as follows.Family intergenerational support positively affects the elderly's health and wellness tourism consumption behavior.Psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the process of intergenerational support affecting the elderly's health and wellness tourism consumption behavior.The urban-rural differences play a moderating role in it.The research conclusion has important guiding significance for the development of elderly health and wellness tourism market.
