数字经济赋能劳动力高质量就业的影响研究——基于门槛效应的检验

选取 2013-2020 年省级面板数据,采用熵值法、K-Means聚类分析法对我国数字经济和高质量就业水平进行测度评价,通过面板模型、分维度回归、门槛效应模型,研究数字经济对劳动力高质量就业的影响.研究发现,数字经济和高质量就业水平二者均在时间趋势上呈增长趋势,空间特征上均表现为东部高、中西部低;数字经济有助于促进劳动力高质量就业;信息化发展、数字交易发展、数字金融普惠发展能显著促进劳动力高质量就业,互联网发展对高质量就业的影响不显著;数字经济对劳动力高质量就业的促进作用呈"边际效应"递增的非线性特征;不同地区的数字经济对高质量就业的影响差异显著.
Research on the Impact of Digital Economy Empowering High Quality Employment of Labor Force:Testing Based on Threshold Effect
Selecting provincial panel data from 2013-2020,China's digital economy and high-quality employment level were measured and evaluated by entropy method and K-means cluster analysis method,and the impact of digital economy on high-quality employment of labor force was studied through panel model,multi-dimensional regression and threshold effect model.It is found that both digital economy and high-quality employment level shows a growth trend in time trend,and the spatial characteristics are high in the East and low in the central and western regions.The digital economy helps to promote high-quality employment of the labor force.The development of information technology,digital trading and digital finance can significantly promote the high-quality employment of labor force,and the impact of internet development on high-quality employment is not significant.The role of digital economy in promoting high-quality employment of labor force shows the nonlinear characteristics of increasing"marginal effect".The impact of digital economy on high-quality employment in different regions is significantly different.
