县域农业农村数字化下城镇化与电商物流耦合协调研究——以四川革命老区77个县(市、区)为例

革命老区作为特殊类型地区仍然是目前城乡区域协调发展的中的短板地区,存在发展不平衡不充分的突出问题.县域农业农村数字化下电商物流是乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分,有助于革命老区(包括欠发达地区)振兴发展,实现新型城镇化.建立合理的评价指标,进行四川革命老区范围内样本对象各自及不同分类区域整体之间城镇化、物流经济与农村电商系统指标比较,并以耦合发展理论、协调(协同)论为理论支撑,利用耦合发展模型,探究四川革命老区 77 个县(市、区)为样本的城镇化、物流经济与农村电商的耦合关系,分析研究三者关系及其发展规律.结合研究提出了区域推进高质量发展的相关建议.
Research on the Coupling Coordination of Urbanization and E-commerce Logistics under Agriculture&Rural Digitalization of County Level:Taking 77 Counties(Cities and Districts)in Sichuan Old Revolutionary Base Areas as an Example
As a special type of area,the old revolutionary base area is still a weak area in the current coordinated development of urban and rural areas and regions.There is a prominent problem of unbalanced and insufficient development.E-commerce logistics under agriculture&rural digitalization of county level is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy,which is conducive to the revitalization and development of old revolutionary base areas(including underdeveloped areas)and the realization of new urbanization.Reasonable evaluation indicators were established,the indicators of urbanization,logistics economy and rural e-commerce system between the sample objects within the scope of Sichuan old revolutionary base area and the whole of different classified regions were compared,and the coupling relationship between urbanization,logistics economy and rural e-commerce with 77 counties(cities,districts)in Sichuan old revolutionary base area was explored as the sample by using the coupling development model supported by the coupling development theory and coordination(synergy)theory,the relationship between the three and their development laws was analyzed.Combined with the research,relevant suggestions are put forward on promoting high-quality development in the region.
