Exploration of the Characteristics and Dynamics of Integrated Development in the Yangtze River Delta Region:Based on the TF-IDF Algorithm and Granger Causality Test
An in-depth discussion of the Yangtze River Delta regional integration from the perspective of policy idea helps to gain insights into the endogenous development dynamics and economic growth potential of the region.Discourse Institutionalism and Punctuated Equilibrium frameworks were applied,combined with the TF-IDF(term frequency-inverse document frequency)algorithm and Granger test,the characteristics and motives of the Yangtze River Delta integration are revealed.It is found that the construction subjects allocate their attention to the five development goals unevenly;in terms of the innovation co-construction goal,the change in the attention of the local subjects causes the change in the attention of the central subjects.The policy changes of YRD integration are characterized by small interruptions and large equilibrium,reflecting the"bottom-up"local domination mode.
