Application Exploration of ChatGPT-like Models'Intervention in the National Science and Technology Project Review
National science and technology project is an important starting point for building China's strength in science and technology as well as talent.Project review is a critical link in risk control and goal achievement for these projects.The breakthrough development of generative artificial intelligence models,represented by ChatGPT,will greatly promote the integrative development with various fields,such as project management.Currently,project review is facing bottleneck issues such as the dishonesty of reviewers,lagging international review,overburdened review loads,and inadequate management of expert databases.To address these issues,the extensive application prospects of ChatGPT-like models in project review work can be utilized,including education and training assistant,translation assistant,review assistant,and expert database management assistant,in order to provide reference for promoting the digital transformation of project management.
