Analysis of Fast Calculation of Peak Excitation Inrush Current of Converter Transformer under Different Remanent Magnetization Conditions
In order to solve the problems using traditional numerical method and software simulation method to solve the transformer excitation inrush current,such as parameters are fixed,inefficient and other problems,the method of response surface fitting calculation to the calculation of the excitation inrush current of the converter is applied,which realizes the efficient calculation and analysis of the variation of the peak excitation inrush current with the closing angle considering the main core column under different remanent magnetization conditions.The generation mechanism of transformer excitation inrush is theoretically analyzed,and the key influencing factors are extracted.Parametric modeling is used to establish the converter transformer model in this paper.The response surface model between the initial winding current,the closing angle and the peak excitation inrush current is fitted by the response surface experimental design and the accuracy of the response surface is verified.The research results which providing technical reference for fast calculation and analysis of transformer excitation inrush current and digital twinning technology for power transformers.
