Research on the Spatial Layout and Design of Future Industrial Parks from the Perspective of Industrial Chain:Taking Smart Home Appliances as an Example
The logic of industrial park planning accelerates the transformation from spatial perspective to the demand for interaction between industry and space.Under the premise of deeply grasping the development trend of future industrial parks such as industrial demand orientation and industrial chain reshaping,focuing on the future park of smart home appliances,and based on the survey of smart home appliances parks and enterprises on the west coast of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the trend characteristics of smart home appliances industry,such as intelligence,scenarioization,miniaturization,and stabilization were condensed,and the future layout needs of smart home appliances parks from the perspective of industrial chain were explored.Taking a scenario in a certain park in Zhongshan as an empirical case,the in-depth industrial research was transformed into the allocation of park spatial models,four spatial modules including research and development production,consumption experience,usage feedback,and inspection and testing were constructed,and scene design was conducted.
