摘要

蜗壳门的运行状态显著影响着水轮机的进水情况.因此,监测其运行状态可保障机组安全稳定运行至关重要.为提升蜗壳门运行状态监测的效果,需要构建一套兼具高精度、高实时性的蜗壳门物理场实时监测系统.运用有限元分析技术,以现场的监测数据为基础,再利用代理模型技术,构建高精度的蜗壳门物理场实时监测系统,从而实现蜗壳门真实物理模型与数字模型的毫秒级别、高精度的实时仿真.结果表明,通过运用蜗本监测体系用,实现了蜗壳门的高精度、高实时性的运行状态物理场监测.

Abstract

The volute door significantly affects the inlet of turbine.Therefore,it is very important to monitor its operating status to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.In order to improve the effect of spiral door operating condition monitoring,it is necessary to build a set of real time physical field monitoring system with high precision and high real-time.Using finite element analysis technology,based on the field monitoring data,and then using the agent model technology,a high-precision physical field real-time monitoring system of the volute door was constructed,so as to realize the real physical model and digital model of the volute door in millisecond level,high-precision real-time simulation.The results show that the physical field monitoring of volute door with high precision and real time is realized by using the monitoring system.
