液流空化技术在注采井间储层微改造中的应用——以渤海S油田B1-B2H井组为例

渤海 S油田B1 井,在注水过程中,注水井B1 井注入压力逐渐升高,长期无法达到配注需求,对应生产井 B2H#注水见效差,处于低效状态.其原因是距B1 井 100 m左右有低渗带存在,致使注水井与生产井之间储层连通性变差.因为常规措施处理半径有限,无法对这种低渗带进行改造.因此需要寻找新的工艺措施,既能满足处理半径足够大,同时对低渗带进行微改造.根据液流空化储层改造技术的原理可知,该技术可以满足这个条件.实施液流空化后,无论是注水井吸水能力还是对应生产井生产形势都得到了明显改善.该技术的成功实施,为其他油水井类似问题的解决指明了方向,可以有效改善其注水开发效果.
Application of Liquid Flow Cavitation Technology in Microtransformation of Reservoir between Injection and Production Wells:Taking the B1-B2H Well Group in Bohai S Oilfield as an Example
During the water injection process in the B1-B2 H well group of Bohai S oilfield,the injection pressure of the B1 well gradually increases,and it cannot meet the injection demand for a long time.The corresponding production well B2 H has poor water injection efficiency and is in a low efficiency state.The reason is that there is a low-permeability zone about 100m away from Well B1,which leads to poor reservoir connectivity between the injection well and the production well.Due to the limited processing radius of conventional measures,it is not possible to transform this low-permeability zone.Therefore,it is necessary to find new process measures that can meet the requirements of a sufficiently large processing radius while also carrying out micro transformation of the low-permeability zone.According to the principle of fluid flow cavitation reservoir transformation technology,it is known that this technology can meet this condition.After implementing liquid flow cavitation,both the water absorption capacity of injection wells and the corresponding production situation of production wells have been significantly improved.The successful implementation of this technology has pointed out the direction of measures for similar problems in other oil and water wells,which can effectively improve their water injection development effect.
