国外企业数字化转型的研究脉络与方向

摘要
企业数字化转型是我国经济高质量发展的重要引擎.现有研究对其进行了广泛的探讨,但研究主题较为分散,缺少统一的研究框架为其后续研究提供借鉴.利用知识图谱技术对国外企业数字化转型相关文献进行知识基础和研究主题分析,归纳出"资源基础-数字化系统-数字化流程-数字型组织-数字生态系统"5层次企业数字化转型研究框架,分析出平行式、自下而上、自上而下和协同式4种数字化转型的研究路径.基于研究结论,提出5个可能的研究方向,以供后续研究参考.
Abstract
Enterprise digital transformation is an important engine for the high-quality development of China's economy,which has been widely discussed in existing research,but the research topics are scattered and there is a lack of a unified research framework to provide reference for its follow-up research.knowledge graph technology is used to analyze the knowledge base and research topics of foreign literatures on enterprise digital transformation.A five-level research framework of enterprise digital transformation:"resource base-digital system-digital process-digital organization-digital ecosystem"is summarized,and four research paths of digital transformation:parallel,bottom-up,top-down and collaborative is analyzed.Based on the research results,five possible research directions are proposed for subsequent research reference.
