摘要
在对"双一流"大学图书馆应急服务进行文献研究的基础上,对42所"双一流"大学图书馆应对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情开展的应急服务进行调研,包括疫情响应时间、疫情期间纸质与电子资源使用、新冠肺炎专题信息服务等方面.在调研的基础上,剖析大学图书馆在重大公共安全事件中的定位与作用,并针对大学图书馆应急服务与管理提出意见与建议.
Abstract
On the basis of literature research on emergency services in"Double First Class"university libraries,the emergency servicesnovel of 42"double first-class"university libraries in response to the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)are investigated,including the response time of epidemic,the use of paper and electronic resources during the epidemic period,and the information service of COVID-19.Based on the investigation,the location and role of University Libraries in major public security events are analyzed,and some opinions and suggestions on the emergency service and management of university library are put forward.
