施工模块深度融合下EPC工程风险指标权重评估技术

传统工程总承包(EPC)工程风险指标权重评估技术中的风险指标体系缺少对施工模块风险因素的分析,导致所得评估结果出现较大误差.因此,在施工模块的深度融合下,设计新的EPC工程风险指标权重评估技术.将施工模块因素归入EPC工程风险指标体系,确定EPC工程风险指标.利用专家打分法计算EPC工程的主观性风险指标权重.采用熵权法结合专家打分法计算EPC工程的客观性风险指标权重.将主观性风险指标和客观性风险指标相结合,得到EPC工程风险的综合权重.实验结果表明,与两种传统EPC工程风险指标权重评估技术相比,所提技术应用所得到的最终EPC工程风险值与实际风险值更为接近,表明所设计技术符合应用要求.
EPC Engineering Risk Index Weight Evaluation Technology Based on Deep Integration of Construction Modules
The risk index system in the traditional engineering procurement construction(EPC)engineering risk index weight evaluation technology lacks the analysis of the risk factors of the construction module,which will lead to a large error in the evaluation results.Therefore,under the deep integration of construction modules,a new EPC engineering risk index weight assessment technology is designed.The construction module factors are classified into the EPC engineering risk index system,and the EPC engineering risk index is determined.Expert scoring method is used to calculate the weight of subjective risk index of EPC project.Entropy weight method combined with expert scoring method is used to calculate the objective risk index weight of EPC project.The comprehensive weight of EPC engineering risk is obtained by combining subjective risk index and objective risk index.The experimental results show that,compared with the two traditional EPC engineering risk index weight evaluation techniques,the final EPC engineering risk value obtained by the proposed technology application is closer to the actual risk value,which indicates that the designed technology meets the application requirements.
