摘要

地震监测系统是国家重要工厂和设施必须设置的系统.对后处理厂地震监测系统的功能和设备组成进行介绍,详细描述地震监测系统的监测机柜、地震加速度传感器和时程记录仪的设计和仪表参数.地震监测系统根据地震加速度值进行地震事件报警逻辑计算、SL-1报警逻辑计算和累积绝对速度(CAV)逻辑计算,根据计算结果向控制室提供地震报警,为运行人员提供运行决策.地震监测系统还可为地震后灾害评估、设备完好性评估和分析提供相关数据.

Abstract

The seismic monitoring system is a necessary system for important factories and facilities.The functions and equipment composition of the seismic monitoring system in a reprocessing plant is introduced,and a detailed description of the design and instrument parameters of the monitoring cabinet,seismic acceleration sensor,and time-history recorder of the seismic monitoring system is conducted.The seismic monitoring system calculates seismic event alarm logic,SL-1 alarm logic,and cumulative absolute velocity(CAV)logic based on seismic acceleration values.Based on the calculation results,it provides seismic alarms to the control room and provides operational decision-making for operators.The seismic monitoring system also provides relevant data for post earthquake disaster assessment,equipment integrity assessment,and analysis.
