为了培养高素质签派员队伍,借鉴飞行员技能全生命周期管理(PLM)体系建设相关理论,结合试点开展的"飞行员-签派员"融合训练,梳理其实施的可行性和必要性,探索签派员整个职业生涯岗位胜任力提升的实施路径.基于循证训练(EBT)理念总结"飞行员-签派员"融合训练的保障机制,为优化签派员训练模式提供参考.
Research on the Integration Training of Flight Dispatcher Fullmotion Simulator Based on PLM Construction and EBT Concept
In order to cultivate high-quality dispatch team,drawing on the relevant theories of professionalism lifecycle management(PLM)construction,combined with the"pilot-flight dispatcher"integration training that has been carried out,the feasibility and necessity of its implementation are sorted out,and the implementation path for improving the job competence of flight dispatchers throughout their entire career are explored.Based on the evidence based training(EBT)concept,the guarantee mechanism of"pilot-dispatchert"is summarized,in order to provide references for optimizing the training mode of flight pilot.
