The Mechanism of Diffusion of Safety Violation Considering Group Characteristics in Social Network Perspective
To uncover the mechanisms behind the proliferation of safety violations in workplaces,Based on the principles of social network theory,a model that integrates both group characteristics, specifically the group's locus of control composition, and network attributes, particularly the average network degree,to elucidate the diffusion of safety violations is proposed.By employing multi-agent modeling and simulation techniques,real-world social network structures and their dynamics are replicated to explore how group and network features influence the diffusion of safety violations. The simulation outcomes suggest that both group characteristics and network attributes positively contribute to the dissemination of safety violations, with the group size acting as a moderator in this relationship.
