Analysis of Green Planning Strategy Based on Extreme Rainfall Events
Extreme rainfall events threaten the normal operation of cities.Based on the perspective of urban response to extreme rainfall events,and analyzes the green planning strategies of cities from two levels:concept and implementation.The concept of resilient cities is analyzed from a conceptual perspective,proposes the resilience connotation of green infrastructure,and summarizes and analyzes the current green planning concepts at home and abroad.Summarizes the many challenges encountered in the implementation of green planning concepts both domestically and internationally,and summarizes the various measures taken to address these challenges both domestically and internationally.Through the study,theoretical reference and basis are provided for urban construction strategies in response to extreme rainfall events in China.
