Practice and Reflections of the Science and Technology Foreign Aid under the Background of"the Belt and Road":Taking Juncao Technology Foreign Aid of Fujian Province as an Example
Focusing on the technology foreign aid service system in Fujian Province,the achievements of Fujian's technology foreign aid to developing countries over the past 20 years are summarized.Based on the combing of the successful experience of Juncao technology in scientific and technological foreign aid,the case study method is used to study the actual work of scientific and technological foreign aid in Fujian Province.In order to strengthen the efforts of the"Belt and Road"national foundation and regional science and technology foreign aid,promote the economic level of the recipient areas,and expand the depth of the"Belt and Road"national foundation and regional international technology transfer,suggestions to improve the quality of science and technology foreign aid in Fujian Province are put forward from two aspects of building mechanisms and perfecting systems.
