Under the background of rural revitalization,the rapid development of non-agricultural industries in China has further expanded the proportion of non-agricultural employment,bringing profound changes and impacts to many aspects of society.Based on CiteSpace for visual analysis,a graph of the research hotspots,frontiers and trends in China's non-agricultural employment field was presented,systematically explain the connotation characteristics,practical value,current situation models,development directions and other hot topics in China's non-agricultural employment research field were strived.Based on this,a systematic review will be conducted to provide support and basis for promoting high-quality development in China's non-agricultural employment sector.
