Effect of Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction of Employees in Rural Enterprises on Motivation to Return Hometown to Work
Rural enterprises play a key role in rural revitalization,but also face the challenge of labor outflow.Taking self-determination theory as the basis,a model of the influence of basic psychological need satisfaction on motivation to return hometown to work of rural enterprise employees was constructed,and the mediating role of self-verification was introduced.It is found that basic psychological need satisfaction can enhance the motivation to return hometown to work of rural enterprise employees,and self-verification plays a mediating role in the relationship between basic psychological need satisfaction and motivation to return hometown to work.
