越来越多的组织在寻求从传统商业模式向可持续商业模式转变,以利用可持续绩效增加其竞争优势.采用视觉文献计量方法,利用CiteSpace工具对 Web of Science核心数据库中的相关主题文献进行关联、共被引和共现分析,绘制知识图谱并确定该领域研究的实质性进展.研究结果显示,过去10年里可持续业务模式创新的论文数量稳步增加,目前已形成几大合作较为稳定的研究团队,近年也出现了较多发展中国家的新型研究团队;全生命周期的管理与数字能力越来越成为可持续业务模式创新的重要工具;循环经济与可持续商业模式创新的结合,以及从利益相关者管理视角促进可持续商业模式的创新是当下及未来几年的研究热点;技术层面是驱动可持续业务模式创新的重要因素,但现有研究还不充分且研究方法上缺乏基于数据驱动的分析视角.研究结果丰富了文献计量分析方法并扩展了文献综述的类型,为未来在该领域开展研究的学者提供参考;将关键术语划分至商业模式创新(BMI)框架的影响因素分类方法可以为企业通过技术、组织和社会战略来开展可持续业务模式创新提供理论指导.
A Review and Prospects of Sustainable Business Models Innovation Based on Bibliometrics
An increasing number of organizations are endeavoring to transition from conventional business models to sustainable business models in order to harness sustainable performance and enhance their competitive advantage.Visual bibliometrics methodology and leveraging the CiteSpace tool were used to conduct association,co-citation,and co-occurrence analyses on relevant thematic literature within the Web of Science core database.The objective is to construct a research knowledge map and assess substantial progress made in this field.The findings reveal a consistent growth in scholarly publications related to SBMI over the past decade,with notable research teams demonstrating stable collaboration patterns.Moreover,an increasing number of new research teams from developing countries have emerged in recent years.Notably,managing entire life cycles and harnessing digital capabilities are emerging as crucial enablers for sustainable business model innovation.Additionally,integrating circular economy principles into SBMI efforts and exploring stakeholder management perspectives for promoting such innovations is future research hotspots within this domain.While technology plays a pivotal role in driving SBMI,existing studies remain insufficient with limited data-driven analysis approaches.The findings enhance the methodologies of bibliometric analysis and broaden the scope of literature reviews.By employing a BMI-3 category framework to classify key terms in the reviewed papers,theoretical guidance for enterprises to effectively pursue SBMI through technology,organizational strategies,and social initiatives is provided.
