公众参与废旧手机回收的现状与策略——基于社会生态系统理论视角的分析

摘要
建立健全绿色低碳循环发展经济体系,是党的二十大以来的重要战略决策.据统计,中国每年约产生4亿部废旧手机,其回收再利用过程面临着一系列的挑战与困难.在社会生态系统理论视角下,对公众参与废旧手机回收现状进行了研究,通过总结调查对象家中闲置手机概况,分析公众对废旧手机回收再利用的态度与行为,并从宏观、中观、微观等三个层面提出对策与建议,致力于促进公众主动参与到废旧手机回收行动中,共建绿色家园.
Abstract
The establishment and improvement of a green,low-carbon and circular economic development system has been an important strategic decision since the Party's 20th National Congress.However,according to statistics,China produces about 400 million used mobile phones every year,the recycling process is facing a series of challenges and difficulties.From the perspective of social ecosystem theory,the current situation of the public's participation in the recycling of used mobile phones was studied.By summarizing the survey subjects'idle mobile phones at home,the public's attitude and behavior towards the recycling of used mobile phones were analyzed.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from macro,meso and micro levels,aiming at promoting the public's active participation in the recycling of used mobile phones and building a green home.
