Agenda Setting for Adding Elevators in Dual Aging Communities Based on the Theory of Multiple Source Flows:Taking the Installation of Elevators in C Old Community of Kunshan City as an Example
Installing elevators in old residential areas is an important part of urban renewal.Based on the theory of multi-source flow,the theoretical framework and practical revision of its constituent elements are carried out to construct a framework for setting up an elevator increase agenda in old residential areas that is suitable for specific situations.Taking the agenda setting for the addition of elevators in an old residential area named C of Kunshan City as the analysis object,the process of agenda setting are analyzed from four dimensions:problem flow,policy flow,political flow,and policy activists.It is believed that attention should be paid to changes in information indicators and policy feedback,listening to social sentiment and public opinion,and establishing a long-term policy feedback mechanism.Regarding the role of"policy activists",it is suggested to enrich their forms,expand their connotations,and actively organize and guide them to participate in grassroots social governance.Give full play to the comparative advantages of local enterprises and take the path of old renovation with regional characteristics.
