Exploring the Value Co-creation Elements in Rural Entrepreneurship Ecosystem:A Multi-case Analysis Based on Grounded Theory
In the current economic context, the development of rural entrepreneurship ecosystems has become a crucial component of China's rural revitalization strategy. The grounded theory approach is employed to focus on a rural entrepreneurship ecosystem centered around five case enterprises in Hunan province.Through in-depth analysis of multiple cases, the aim is to uncover the elements of value co-creation within the rural entrepreneurship ecosystem and provide theoretical interpretations of these elements. It is found that value co-creation in rural entrepreneurship ecosystems involves entrepreneurial entities pursuing common interests, establishing a spiritual contract based on shared cognition, internally driven by complementary resources, externally driven by entrepreneurial environmental factors, and endowed with specialized resources as unique entrepreneurial assets, which process leads to collaborative creation and shared outcomes.
