Supply-oriented Policy Instruments,Intellectual Property Protection and Firm Innovation:Empirical Evidence from Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises
As the main force and practitioners of economic innovation activities,enterprises can give birth to a new industrial form,business model and growth power,and then provide the core driving force for the development of new quality productivity.Aiming at the supply-oriented science and technology policy,taking the manufacturing enterprises as samples,this paper analyzes the effect mechanism of the input of regional science and technology supply-oriented policy on the enterprise innovation through the analysis method of econometric model.The results show that the three supply-oriented policies have a significant impact on enterprise innovation,and the level of intellectual property protection plays a positive role in regulating it.However,there are differences in the policy role and the moderating effect of intellectual property protection under the condition of regional heterogeneity.
