摘要
女性就业对扩大中等收入群体具有重要意义,但在参与就业的过程中仍然面临着许多挑战.通过对CFPS(中国家庭追踪调查)2020年的数据进行多分类Logistic回归研究发现,女性参与就业对其家庭进入中等收入层次具有正向的积极作用.同时,研究还发现个体特征、家庭特征和环境特征对于家庭进入不同收入群体的概率具有重要影响.最后,基于结论提出对策建议,以推动女性充分就业,进一步壮大中等收入群体.
Abstract
Expanding the middle-income group is the key to achieving common prosperity.The employment of women is of great significance to the expansion of the middle income group,but there are still many challenges in the process of participating in the employment.Through multi-classification Logistic regression of CFPS(China Family Panel Studies)2020 data,it is found that women's participation in employment has a positive effect on their families entering the middle income level.At the same time,it is also found that individual characteristics,family characteristics and environmental characteristics also have an important impact on the probability of families entering different income groups.Based on the conclusions,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the full employment of women and further expand the middle income group.
