摘要

探讨基于B/S(浏览器和服务器)结构的济南市自然灾害综合风险数据管理系统的总体设计,数据库设计和服务器端、浏览器端功能设计与实现.重点分析二三维一体化的灾害信息可视化表达、基于地理信息数据的空间化分析运算、异构多源数据的一体化管理与多级共享等关键技术,为城市自然灾害风险防控管理和应急救援提供技术支撑.

Abstract

The system design,the database design and the function design on server and browser client of the natural disaster emergency management system in Jinan based on B/S(browser/server)mode is discussed.And then focus on the analysis of key technologies:multi-dimensional disaster information expression based on 2D-3D integration.Spatial analysis and operation based on geographic information data,Integrated management and multi-level sharing of heterogeneous multi-source data,in order to provide technical support for urban natural disaster risk prevention and control management and emergency rescue.
