摘要

在智能科学技术驱动和高端战争需求牵引下,电子信息装备智能化发展势在必行.智能化功能性能特征成为电子信息装备作战能力提升和新质能力生成的重要支撑.为了全面系统、科学合理衡量智能化电子信息装备能力,突破传统指标在智能特征评价方面的局限,通过基于电子信息装备智能化内涵的指标体系构建方法,从执行力、认知力和适用性3个方面,设计智能化电子信息装备指标体系模型,并以高端海战场雷达装备为例验证展示方法可行.

Abstract

Driven by intelligent science and technology and the demand for high-end warfare,the intelligent development of electronic information equipment is imperative.The intelligent functional performance characteristics are important support for the improvement of electronic information equipment combat capabilities and the generation of new quality capabilities.In order to comprehensively,systematically,scientifically and reasonably measure the ability of intelligent electronic information equipment,the model of intelligent electronic information equipment indicator system is designed.The construction method breaks through the limitations of traditional indicators in intelligent feature evaluation and is based on the connotation of intelligent electronic information equipment.The model is constructed from three aspects of execution,cognition,and applicability.The feasibility of the method is demonstrated through the example of the radar equipment using in the high-end naval battlefield.
