排水管道顶管下穿城市动载道路施工技术探讨——以什邡地区工程为例

管线下穿动载道路等敏感区域时,易引起周围土体变形,造成土体周边沉降与隆起.为解决传统顶管技术的不足,更好地实现复杂环境下顶管安全穿越城市道路等敏感区域,以什邡市城东片区配套道路排水工程顶管施工为背景,研究一种地下排水管线顶管穿越动载路面的施工方法.该方法包含顶进、掘进、线型控制及灌浆系统,通过顶进前的数值模拟与安全评估,优化顶进工艺.工程实践表明,顶管结束以后,管道区域顶部路基及路面变形较小,满足施工变形控制的要求.
Discussion on Construction Technology of Drainage Pipe Jacking under Urban Dynamic Load Road:Taking the Engineering in Shifang Area as an Example
When the pipeline passes through sensitive areas such as dynamic load roads,it is easy to cause surrounding soil deformation,resulting in settlement and uplift around the soil.In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional pipe jacking technology and better realize the safe pipe jacking through sensitive areas such as urban roads in complex environments,taking the pipe jacking construction of supporting road drainage projects in the east of Shifang City as the background,a construction method of underground drainage pipeline jacking through dynamic load pavement is studied.The method includes jacking,tunneling,linear control and grouting system.Through numerical simulation and safety assessment before jacking,the jacking process is optimized.Engineering practice shows that after pipe jacking,the deformation of subgrade and pavement at the top of the pipeline area is small,which meets the requirements of construction deformation control.
