Deformation Analysis and Control Measures of Shield Tunneling through Upper Buildings:Taking Jinan Rail Transit Line 4 Tunnel as an Example
With the vigorous construction of subway in our country,the construction process is affected by more and more complex factors.Therefore,it is necessary to master the influence of each factor,and study different reinforcement measures in different working conditions.Taking the shield construction from Xingcun Station to Tangye South Station of Jinan Rail Transit Line 4 as the engineering background.The finite element software ABA QUS was used to build a three-dimensional numerical calculation model,and the shield tunnel directly under the building and side under the building were analyzed,and different reinforcement measures were taken to study.The research results show that in the case of shield tunnel excavation directly under the building,for the settlement difference between the surface and the building foundation,the control effect of grouting under the foundation is about 24%,the control effect of isolation pile is about 15%,and the control effect of grouting on the vault is about 47%.The control effect of grouting on the vault is the best,but the control effect of grouting on the vault is poor.Therefore,it is not recommended to use when wearing.For the settlement difference between the ground and the building foundation under the excavation side of the shield tunnel,the control effect of grouting under the foundation is about 24%,the control effect of isolation pile is about 33%,and the control effect of grouting on the vault is about 49%.The control effect of grouting on the vault is the best,followed by isolation pile.The control effect of grouting reinforcement under foundation is poor.
