Causes and Countermeasures of the"Slow Employment"Phenomenon among College Graduates in Ethnic Regions:Taking Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an Example
The high employment pressure and severe employment situation have become a consensus among various sectors of society in recent years.The difficulty of employment for college graduates is accompanied by the phenomenon of"slow employment".However,there are significant regional differences in China,and there are significant differences in the characteristics of the"slow employment"groups and their employment environments in different regions.Focusing on the phenomenon of"slow employment"among college graduates in ethnic regions,five types of"slow employment"were classified based on employment goals and employment abilities.The characteristics of different types of groups were analyzed,and then the causes of"slow employment"were explored based on the employment environment in Guangxi.Finally,by expanding employment capacity,strengthening information services,and improving talent quality,specific improvement measures are proposed for the phenomenon of"slow employment"among graduates in four aspects of guiding the transformation of concepts,in order to achieve stable employment and promote development in ethnic regions.
