Based on the panel data of 9 cities in Shandong section of the Yellow River basin from 2011 to 2020,the coupling coordination degree model and grey correlation model are constructed to study the spatio-temporal evolution and driving factors of the coupling and coordinated development of the three systems.The results show that the comprehensive level of economic growth and ecological environment shows a steady upward trend,while the comprehensive level of industrial development has a fluctuating upward trend.The coupling coordination degree of Taian,Heze,Liaocheng,Binzhou and Dezhou is on the low side.The overall coordination is poor,which shows that it is on the verge of maladjustment and enters the stage of barely coordination.The effects of technological innovation,expenditure on basic public services and investment in environmental governance decrease in turn.
