摘要

构建以经济水平、资金投入、产业规模、基础设施、环境与资源 5 个方面指标的安徽省绿色物流绩效指标评价体系,选取安徽省 2014-2021 年的相关数据,运用熵权TOPSIS(逼近理想解排序)法对其绿色物流绩效水平进行实证分析,并借助障碍度模型找出制约安徽省绿色物流发展的障碍因子.研究结果显示:安徽省绿色物流绩效水平整体呈现稳步上升的趋势;经济水平和基础设施发展较好,资金投入有所增长,产业规模增长放缓;物流业能源消费总量和碳排放量持续增加,环境与资源方面尚有不足,需要进一步提升;2018-2021 年制约绿色物流发展的主要障碍因子是产业规模;从长期来看,环境与资源会逐步成为阻碍绿色物流发展的主要因素.

Abstract

Five aspects of Anhui green logistics performance index evaluation system including economic level,capital investment,industrial scale,infrastructure,environment and resources is constructed,selecting the relevant data from 2014 to 2021,using the entropy right TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution)is used to study green logistics performance level,the obstacles restricting the development of green logistics in Anhui province is found out with the help of obstacle model.The research results show that the overall performance level of green logistics in Anhui province shows a steady rising trend.The economic level and infrastructure have developed well,the capital investment has increased,and the growth of the industrial scale has slowed down due to the epidemic.The total energy consumption and carbon emissions of the logistics industry continue to increase,and there are still deficiencies in environmental and resources,which need to be further improved.The main obstacle factor restricting the development of green logistics from 2018 to 2021 is the industrial scale.In the long run,the environment and resources will gradually become the main factors hindering the development of green logistics.
