航空公司运营基地选址评价——基于熵值CRITIC合成赋权的TOPSIS分析

摘要
航空公司运营基地的选址直接影响航空运输的服务效率,进而对民航业经济发展产生重要影响.以运营基地选址特点为基础,从政策因素、经济因素、市场因素、机场因素 4 个方面构建航空公司运营基地选址评价体系.以成都航空作为研究对象,采用熵值CRITIC赋权并结合专家打分法对评价指标进行合成赋权,进而利用优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)计算各备选方案的综合得分,根据得分从备选方案中选择绵阳作为第二运营基地地址,使成都航空第二运营基地选址更为科学.
Abstract
The selection of the operating base of an airline directly affects the efficiency of air transportation services,thereby exerting a significant impact on the economic development of the civil aviation industry.Based on the characteristics of operating base selection,an evaluation system for airline operating base selection is constructed from four aspects,including policy factors,economic factors,market factors,and airport factors.Taking Chengdu Airlines as the research object,combined with expert scoring,the entropy method and CRITIC method are used to assign weights to evaluation indicators.Subsequently,the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)is used to calculate the comprehensive scores of each alternative scheme,and based on the scores,Mianyang is selected as the second operating base address from the alternative schemes,making the selection of the second operating base address for Chengdu Airlines more scientific.
