Existing Problems and Solutions of Problems in Bio-pharmaceutical Industry in Qingyuan under the Background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area
To study the factors affecting the development of Qingyuan's biomedical industry,and to propose the ideas and paths for the development,through visits to biomedical-related research institutes,industrial parks and manufacturing enterprises,the development status and policy advantages of Qingyuan's biomedical industry are described,problems in the development process are analyzed.It is found that as a strategic pillar industry for Qingyuan's key development,the biomedical industry has received the attention and support of the government.The advantages of industrial support policies have been fully demonstrated,and industrial parks have taken shape.Bring in outstanding talents to improve the level of R&D and innovation.However,Qingyuan's biomedical industry is still too small-scale development,innovation level is not high,the structure is single,the industrial chain is not perfect,leading to serious homogeneity of products,weak market competitiveness and brand influence.Based on the findings,suggestions are put forward,including introducing high-quality industrial projects to create aggregation effect,actively integrating into the Greater Bay Area and seek more policy support,innovating talent policy,accelerating the construction of clinical resources and improving the conversion rate of scientific research results,strengthening the industry-university-research projects to ensure the development momentum and innovation,building a"smart park"to better serve the development of the industry,and developing ethnic medicine resources and build Qingyuan ethnic medicine brand.
