Optimization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction Process Based on TRIZ Theory
In traditional Chinese medicine extraction processes faces shortcomings such as low bioavailability, excessive material residue, high production costs, and resource wastage persist. To address these issues, the theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ)is applied, key problems and breakthrough points in traditional extraction processes are analyzed by using functional models, causal chains, and resource analyses.By utilizing methods such as substance-field models, scientific effects databases, principles of technical contradictions and inventive principles,as well as principles of physical contradictions and separation,a novel process innovation solution is proposed.Compared to traditional extraction processes, the optimized solution shows significant improvements in yield. The optimization provides new insights for overcoming the challenges faced in traditional extraction methods.
