Dynamic Evolution and Regional Differences of Environmental Regulation and Carbon Emission Coordination
Based on data from 285 cities in China,the coordination relationship between environmental regulations and carbon emissions in national and major strategic areas is examined,and the dynamic evolution and regional differences of coordination degree are explored.The results show that the national coordination degree is in a moderate coordination stage,and the performance level of each major strategic area is different.In terms of dynamic evolution,the coordination level of Beijing Tianjin Hebei,the Yellow River Basin,the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,Chengdu Chongqing,Guangdong Hong Kong Macao has decreased,while the coordination level of the Yangtze River Delta and the three eastern provinces has improved.From the perspective of regional differences,there are relatively small differences within the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,while there are significant differences within the Yellow River Basin,Guangdong Hong Kong Macao,and the three eastern provinces;From the perspective of regional differences,there are relatively small differences between the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and the Yellow River Basin,the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,and the Yangtze River Delta region,while there are significant regional differences between the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao and eastern provinces.
