Social Interaction Network Structure and Characteristics of Users in Online Crowdsourcing Health Communities
Users of online crowdsourcing health communities achieve knowledge acquisition,sharing and communication through social interaction activities,which formes a complex social network structure.In-depth analysis of the social interaction network structure is helpful to understand how users gather in cyberspace,and the paths and meanings of user behavior formation under specific network structures.Combined with social network related theories,the analysis framework of the social interaction network structure of online psychological service platform users is determined.By crawling the data of user interactions on Yidianling platform,the overall network structure of user social interaction,internal sub-structure network,individual network structure and the behavioral characteristics of users under each network structure are analyzed in depth,which provides a comprehensive understanding of user relationship network and behavioral characteristics for online psychological service platform,and thus providing effective guidance for exploring user value.
