The third-generation semiconductor industry is a key direction for national layout.As the core manifestation of innovation capability,patented technology represents the industrial innovation capability and development level to a certain extent.The third-generation semiconductor industry in Jiangsu Province has a long history and solid foundation,but there are problems such as"there are plateaus but no peaks",insufficient coordinated development ability,and the ability to combine production,education,and research needs to be improved in the process of industrial development.It is suggested that we should focus on the"3+3+3"development path,cultivate 3 top-notch institutions in the industry,create 3 key areas,and strengthen the cooperation between production,education,and research to provide guarantees for promoting the high-quality development of the third-generation semiconductor industry in Jiangsu Province.
