Digitalization Reform and Realization Path of Statistical Work:Taking Hubei Province Tobacco Company Jingzhou Branch as an Example
Taking Jingzhou Tobacco Monopoly Bureau(Company)as an example,based on the analysis of the current status of statistical work,a model of using data center to optimize data statistical work was proposed.On the basis of practical experience in existing business field,the directions and paths of statistical work reform in four aspects are put forward,such as improving infrastructure construction and strengthening the training of scientific and technological talents from top to bottom,enhancing the awareness of data leadership and changing the statistical process from the top-down,transforming the role of statistics from the inside-out,and improving the management model from the bottom-up.These are expected to lay the foundation for the digital transformation of statistical work.
