"原居安老"模式下老年友好型社区支持性环境构建研究

摘要
随着人口老龄化趋势日益明显,建设适合老年人居住的城市社区变得尤为重要.基于"原居安老"模式与"老年友好型社区"的支持性环境进行研究,以兰州市兰化22街区社区为对象,利用实地调研、地理信息系统(GIS)进行老年友好型社区的建成环境调查与街道公共设施的核密度分析.结果表明,街道各类设施对于社区老年人可达性较低,从社区内部的适老化居住空间、社区化健康体验、交互式情感体验、主动式社会参与4个层面开展支持性环境构建研究.
Abstract
As the trend of population aging becomes increasingly evident,it is particularly important to build urban communities suitable for the elderly.Based on the research on the"ageing in place"model and the supportive environment of"age-friendly communities",taking Lanhua 22 Block Community in Lanzhou City as the object,field surveys and ARCGIS were used to conduct a survey of the built environment of age-friendly communities and the street Kernel density analysis of public facilities.The research results show that various street facilities are less accessible to the elderly in the community.It should be conduct research on building a supportive environment from four aspects including aging-friendly living space within the community,community-based health experience,interactive emotional experience and active social participation.
