挖掘国内外数字经济主题和演化过程,对比分析国内外数字经济文献研究热点与趋势,以期为国内数字经济研究提供对策建议,为推动国内数字经济的创新与发展提供参考.收集2013-2023年中国知网(CNKI)及 WoS(web of science)收录的数字经济领域相关文献,通过LDA(latent dirichlet allocation)主题模型挖掘研究主题,基于主题强度数值识别热点主题,划分不同时间窗口,计算主题之间的相似度从而构建主题之间的演化路径,对比分析国内外数字经济领域热点主题演化的异同.挖掘出了数字经济热点主题与演化路径,主题强度方面,国内侧重于数字经济区域效应的研究,国外则侧重于数字化转型的研究;主题演化方面,国内主题延续性更强,而国外主题衍生性更强.
Hot Topic Identification and Trend of Digital Economy Based on LDA Topic Model
The theme and evolution process of digital economy at home and abroad were explored,the research hotspots and trends of digital economy literature at home and abroad were compared and analyzed,in order to provide countermeasures and suggestions for domestic digital economy research,and provide reference for promoting the innovation and development of domestic digital economy.Relevant literatures in the field of digital economy included in CNKI and WOS from 2013 to 2023 were collected,research topics through LDA topic model was mined,hot topics based on topic intensity values were identified,different time windows were divided,the similarity between topics was calculated to construct the evolution path between topics,and the similarities and differences in the evolution of hot topics in the field of digital economy at home and abroad were compared and analyzed.The results show that the hot topics and evolution paths of digital economy are explored.In terms of theme intensity,domestic research focuses on the regional effects of digital economy,while foreign research focuses on digital transformation.In the evolution of the theme,the domestic theme is more continuous,while the foreign theme is more derivative.
