摘要
针对GMA浇注式沥青混凝土在应用过程中出现的施工问题,在总结GMA浇注式沥青铺装层施工工艺的基础上,开展标准施工工艺研究,系统提出施工准备、GMA拌合、运输保障与铺装施工标准流程,明确喷砂抛丸除锈、防水黏结体系、拌合、运输、摊铺的标准施工工艺以及各环节需要注意的问题.为GMA浇注式沥青混凝土施工提供具有参考意义的标准施工技术,提升GMA浇注式沥青混凝土的施工质量,进一步降低GMA浇注式沥青混凝土的应用难度.
Abstract
In view of the construction problems in the application process of GMA cast asphalt concrete,based on the summary of the construction technology of GMA cast asphalt pavement layer,the standard construction technology research was carried out,and the standard process of construction preparation,GMA mixing,transportation support and pavement construction was systematically proposed.The standard construction technology of sand blasting,shot blasting,rust removal,waterproof bonding system,mixing,transportation,paving and the problems that need attention in each link were clearly defined.The standard construction technology with reference significance for GMA cast asphalt concrete construction is provided,the construction quality of GMA cast asphalt concrete is improved,and the application difficulty of GMA cast asphalt concrete is further reduced.
