基于MIDAS梁柱式桥梁防护棚架的变形稳定性——以石龙司马河特大桥为例

基于MIDAS Civil软件建立梁柱式桥梁防护棚架模型,对梁柱式防护棚架在自重、温度荷载、外加活载及外加恒载四种不同荷载作用下的工作状态进行模拟,分析其强度、变形及稳定性情况,验证梁柱式支架方案应用在防护棚架的实用性.结果表明,梁柱式防护棚架能够及时为桥梁提供稳定防护作用,计算得到钢管立柱、横梁、分配梁等构件的强度均满足要求;支架的整体稳定性以及钢管柱的局部稳定性均能满足要求.根据研究结果提出相应的优化措施和建议,为桥梁防护棚架的设计、施工和维护提供理论支持和实践指导.
Deformation Stability of Protective Scaffolding Based on MIDAS:Taking the Shilong Sima River Bridge as an Example
Based on MIDAS Civil software,the model of protective scaffolding of beam-column bridge was established,and the working state of the protective scaffolding was simulated under four different loads including dead weight,temperature load,live load and dead load,the strength,deformation and stability were analyzed,and the practicability of the beam-column support scheme applied to the protective scaffolding was verified.The results show that the beam-column type protective scaffolding can provide stability protection for the bridge in time,and the strength of the steel tubular column,beam and distribution beam can meet the requirements The overall stability of the support and the local stability of the steel pipe column can meet the requirements.According to the research results,the corresponding optimization measures and suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the design,construction and maintenance of the bridge protective scaffolding.
