Evolutionary Game Research on the Governance of AIGC Infringement Involving Platform Companies
Protecting intellectual property is protecting innovation.An evolutionary game model was constructed for intellectual property protection between the government and the platform,and simulation tools were combined to explore the evolution path and system stability of the strategies of both parties in the context of artificial intelligence generated content.The results indicate that there is a positive correlation between the benefits of intellectual property protection,the degree of government punishment,and the governance strategies of both parties.There is a negative correlation between governance costs,the benefits generated by AIGC,and the governance strategies of both parties.But if the benefits brought by AIGC have an absolute advantage,heavy punishment will cause both parties'strategic choices to fluctuate in an unstable state with periodic fluctuations.
