利用互联网旅游大数据,对房车旅游者的消费行为与绿色旅游的关系进行了分析.对房车旅游者个人层面的感知和行为做了调查,发现了停车收费、垃圾问题、环境污染等频繁被提及,反映了旅游中的实际问题.从社会层面考量,垃圾管理、收费标准、行为礼仪等问题成为焦点,摩擦凸显.建议加强环保意识,提升素质和行为规范;建立健全管理制度,加强教育引导;加强管理和规范措施、鼓励参与环保活动,以促进其可持续发展.
Influencing Factors of Green Consumption Behavior of RV Tourists Based on Online Reviews
In order to investigate the relationship between the consumption behavior of RV tourists and green tourism,big data from the internet tourism industry was utilized.The results show that RV tourists frequently mention issues such as parking fees,waste management,and environmental pollution,reflecting practical problems in tourism.Moreover,issues such as waste management,fee standards and behavioral etiquette have become focal points from a social perspective,highlighting friction between tourists and local residents.It is concluded that at the individual level,there is a need to strengthen environmental awareness and improve personal quality and behavioral norms.At the social level,it is necessary to establish sound management systems and enhance educational guidance.Recommendations are made to strengthen management and regulatory measures,encourage participation in environmental activities,and promote the sustainable development of the RV tourism industry.
